Industrial HEPA Vacuuming in Orange County

H2O Mold Restoration Gurus uses industrial HEPA vacuum equipment on every mold remediation project throughout Orange County. HEPA vacuuming removes loose spores and mold fragments from surfaces, structural materials, and contents before and after antimicrobial treatment.

What HEPA Vacuuming Removes

Industrial HEPA vacuums capture airborne and surface mold spores, mold fragments, dust containing spore particles, and debris from remediation work. Used in conjunction with HEPA air scrubbers running continuously, HEPA vacuuming dramatically reduces the total spore load in the remediated space.

HEPA Vacuuming FAQs

Why can't I use a regular vacuum for mold?

Standard vacuums filter particles down to about 10 microns. Mold spores range from 1–100 microns, meaning smaller spores pass directly through standard filters and are exhausted back into the room air.

Do you HEPA vacuum contents as well as structure?

Yes. Furniture, belongings, and contents in affected areas are HEPA vacuumed or removed for professional cleaning as part of our remediation protocol.

Is HEPA vacuuming the same as air scrubbing?

No. HEPA air scrubbers filter airborne particles continuously. HEPA vacuuming removes particles from surfaces. Both are required for complete remediation.
